   1. Maintaining the confidentiality and appropriate legal use of any discovery files or data accessed through the Site.
   2. Retaining and destroying downloaded files in compliance with applicable laws and court rules.
   3. Ensuring your device and systems used to access the Site are secure and current with security updates, antivirus protection, and strong credentials.
   4. Immediately reporting any security incidents, including unauthorized access, lost or stolen credentials, or suspected misuse, to the appropriate authority.
